Booking Policies

• Bookings open every 3rd Sunday of the month at 5pm.

• All services include a complimentary shampoo. Please arrive completely detangled.

• For clients under 18, I must speak with a legal guardian prior to booking.

• All clients are required to complete a service agreement prior to arrival (will be sent via email)

• New clients are required to book a consultation prior to booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

  Payment

• A Non-Refundable deposit is required and only transferable once within 30 days.

• Remaining balance accepted via cash or debit/credit (4% transaction fee)

• Same-day service add-ons will incur a $20 fee.

  Late Policy

• 10 mins= $25 late fee

• 15 minutes = $50 late fee if time permits. If we're unable to complete the service a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and banned indefinitely.

  Cancellation

• Please provide a minimum of 48 hours should you need to cancel or reschedule.

• You will be charged a $100 fee if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance
