Booking Policies

• Bookings open every 3rd Sunday of the month at 5pm.

• All services include a complimentary shampoo. Please arrive completely detangled.

• For clients under 18, I must speak with a legal guardian prior to booking.

• All clients are required to complete a service agreement prior to arrival (will be sent via email)

• New clients are required to book a consultation prior to booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. After booking your consultation please do not book the appointment. It will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

  Payment

• A Non-Refundable deposit is required and only transferable once within 30 days.

• Remaining balance accepted via cash or debit/credit (4% transaction fee)

• Same-day service add-ons will incur a $20 fee.

  Late Policy

• 10 mins= $25 late fee

• 15 minutes = $50 late fee if time permits. If we're unable to complete the service a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and banned indefinitely.

  Cancellation

• Please provide a minimum of 48 hours should you need to cancel or reschedule.

• You will be charged a $100 fee if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance
